"The fire alarm went off at 11;45 (no problem) but then there was zero communication about it. The worker never spoke to any of the guest nor was there an update. In the morning I went to take a shower and there was a zero hot water. When I went up to the front desk the worker told me that when the maintaince guy came in she would send him to our room. I asked what time she was unable to give me a time. I asked for another to shower in she refused me another room. I asked to speak with a manager and she was unavailable. I asked for a number she ran out of business cards. I left my number for the manager and I am still waiting. Side note: my daughter found a spider in the bathroom. The free breakfast was a dirty and messy, no one was restocking or cleaning. Obviously I will not be staying there again and will be contacting cooperate ."
