「Gorgeous room, however we had specifically requested the room with the kitchenette…room does not come with any plates, cutlery, cookware etc. Had to request it twice from the concierge and we had a rusty and greasy pan delivered to us from the kitchen. 「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Paul from maintenance was fantastic. When our toilet unexpectedly flooded our room, he was kind, professional, and apologetic. He deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was awful. Our room was outdated and dirty, with stained caulk around the tub and a grimy bathroom counter. The flood delayed our entire day and forced us to miss our planned trip to Belle Isle....

「Room was not clean, they didn’t even cleaned the previously used water bottles. Took queen bed and they have not changed the bedsheets. Shower gel was not refilled. Went to front desk and got everything. One of the bed was horrible and it’s not good at all. Reported to manager but no response」
