「Front desk staff was excellent. My only complaint was I had a shot of Blantons bourbon and was charged $45 for 1 shot. The bartender should have told me that up front. I feel like I was ripped off. 」

「It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Absolutely the best accormodation in Birmingham! The staff are nice and the room are clean.」

「Great experience at check in. They were fast, helpful and offered us a glass of sparkling wine. The Libby is nice, and the rooms are nice & clean. My only complaint is how loud it was on Friday & Saturday nights with the cars driving in front of the hotel. These rooms are not sound proof. It was loud up until midnight….so bring earplugs. 」
