「The staff at Crowne Plaza are amazing!!!!! We stayed for 8 days. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. 「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「We were warmly greeted by AJ, the bellman, and Jonathan, the valet. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay.
