「Location on the grand canal across from the train station where the water ‘bus’ stops are, so easy to get around. First night in a single, just a twin bed but a new bathroom and the best shower I have had. Second night, different reservation, larger room with a good shower. Both were clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Looked like a popular place for tour groups and they kept things moving. I didn’t have breakfast or use their restaurant. A bit if a walk to the main tourist sites,...

「Great location, not far from S. Marco and not hard to find. The room is clean and cozy, as well as the bathroom. 」

「Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.」

The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. 「Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. 」

Not only are the rooms spotless but the terrace at the back looking over the lagoon even had a view of flamingos.
