Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night.

We got the room which is not renovated. It is dated but functional. The WC seat pan was not aligned or dislodged. It always slipped to one side when someone sat on it. Cleaner should have spotted it while tidying the room. Location is excellent as it is directly across Mestre station. Super market “ALI” is nearby walking distance.

Fantastic and helpful staff. They were accommodating enough to let us drop off luggage a few hours early before check in and the luggage was waiting for us in our room. Fantastic room that was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location right across from the train station and within walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants. We felt safe and well accommodated there. The only slight hiccup was that, for a hotel of this status, we felt the breakfast was a little lacking. The eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans were not very good. The fruit was fairly mediocre as well. The pastries/bread were adequate, and the cheeses were good, as well as the coffee/hot chocolate. In spite of the mediocre breakfast, in all other regards, this hotel was far and away the best we stayed at during our entire 10-day European trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Venice. Just across the street from train station. Very clean and comfortable. Our room was upgraded free of charge. Very important that parking is available way chipper than in Venice

The room was spotless and clean although the decor was significantly older than what is in the advertisement. The breakfast spread is vast and they never ran out of anything despite a busy breakfast service. The staff were very helpful and efficient- we arrived after midnight because of delayed flights and were promptly checked in, upon checkout I forgot something in the room and they were efficient in returning it to me. The location is great next to the train station. Despite this the area is very quiet.

SMELLY ROOM- couldn’t even sleep due to the smell. Cheap AC turned on and off every 5 seconds, and AC was so low that room was stuffy. Guests have no control over the temperature, prob set around 75. Very good selection breakfast, staff worked super slow during checking in, not sure reason why.

Clean room. Super convenient as it is right across from the train station in Mestre. All was ok. Staff was helpful and nice. Mestre center is about 20 min walk. Area around train station not great, but ok if you are just spending the night there.
