「Very nice room, bed was a little short for me at over 6 foot tall, but not the end of the world. Staff were very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area」

「No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. 「Very comfortable bed」

「The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . Overall our two‑night stay was...

I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto...
