I honestly cannot fault this hotel It was a pleasure to stay here. It is in the perfect location with a short walk to Theatre and shops with an amazing view of the Thames estuary set on a quiet road with no through traffic, pretty much ticks all the boxes. All the staff were incredibly gracious and friendly. The food was a real surprise that was certainly a lot of talent and skills on show from the chefs. Food was perfect. It is very rare you come across a place that does everything well, but this is one of them. Many thanks to Sadiq and his gracious staff. Definitely be back again Kind regards Alan

Great staff!

The staff were excellent. We found the restaurant & service in the restaurant really top notch but the food rather pricey for us. I did not sleep well as the bed was a bit too hard for me but the pillows were good. Pity there is not enough parking for the guests resulting in us having to pay for parking on the street. On the whole it’s a lovely hotel.

Gem of a hotel with great reataurant

Modern hotel facing the estuary with car parking. The staff are all very courteous and efficient. Nice bar, the restaurant is very good especially Sunday lunch(best Sunday lunch ever) comfortable bed, room with a view... What's not to love. 😁👌

The hotel is run and managed by a superb team who make sure their guests have everything they need. Special mention to the front of house staff and the chef. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent.
