"Our experience was poor from check inn to check out. We booked a king room and were given a queen room. Hotel staff were not accommodating until the evening before our checkout. By then it was too late. Also, our room was not serviced. We checked on Saturday 5/9 and expected our room to be serviced on Monday 5/11. To our disappointment it was not. I was assured that morning that our room would be serviced. We expected the brand name of the hotel to provide better service. Very frustrating stay. We drove quite a distance and were looking forward to a great stay."
