「The Casa Ritual was quiet. Tasteful. Figuratively and literally! The food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful yet not overbearing. I enjoyed the pool courtyard area n particular; beautiful, verdent greenery. Lovely birdsong. The water was perfect. And there was never more than 1-4 people in the pool, which was nice if you like it quiet, which we do. I also really liked the cute little bathroom with a small window that opened to the pool courtyard. The neighbourhood also felt like...

「The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. 」

「Starting in the morning with a beautiful fresh tropical, breakfast buffet, and then moving to the pool/ocean chairs for the day, which were very very comfortable, the staff was always attentive to our needs, where we would order multiple drinks and lunch poolside, I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail!!! each night was a different theme and we enjoyed every single one of them. We love the mariachi band that was there twice while we were there and to top it all off the tropical animals that...

「I feel like we were ‘shunned’ because we booked our room on Expedia and not through the hotel. We were put in one of the back buildings which is old and not updated. I’m sure the bed is from the 90s! The floor in the room hasn’t been washed for ages… The staff is always great at Paradise and the beach is beautiful. My family has been members here for 30 years and because of the cartel incident, bookings were canceled. So I booked a quick trip on Expedia 」

「We were disappointed that the high-end restaurants were available to us as an all-inclusive only every other day, even when we offered to pay extra. Drinks were watered down. It’s best to order a drink and a shot and then poor the shot into the exiting drink. Would expect more servers on the patio and the beach itself. Beautiful sunsets and good shows in the evening.」

「Safe and good location, 5 minutes walk to the airport. Facilities are in good condition, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite.」

「We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.」
