"We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and we were nervous about falling there. Also appreciate the team working to get the medication delivered to us the next morning. Team was very caring and helped to make our trip and stay as comfortable as possible with a very prompt watsapp communication. We will certainly be going back to explore more! Only part a bit unclear was why we didn’t have any option to pre-pay or why the travel back to the airport from resort was not part of the trip. Highly recommended "
