「El hotel está en gran estado, la limpieza es perfecta. Probablemente algo del mobiliario de habitaciones empiece a necesitar renovación, pero el servicio hace que ese detalle menor sea irrelevante. TODO el personal es extraordinario, y están más que atentos y dispuestos a darte una gran experiencia. El restaurante no tiene una carta muy extensa, pero todo es de buena calidad, miso caso del Club de Playa. En buen lugar para descansar.」

「The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)」

「Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the...

「The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. 」

「Bare basic room. Hard bed. Good for the price. But not special」

「Room was clean and street noise was overcome by the a/c, which was powerful and easy to control. The staff were friendly and Adrian went out of his way to make sure my stay was good. Bicycle was good and really helpful getting around. Utensils and dishes are minimal but adequate. There are several good restaurants within walking distance including great quality sushi on the ground floor. 」

「We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.」
