"Its not called Ocean Breeze, it’s Mayan Palace- after that confusion and them trying to pitch is on buying into the owners program before we even checked into our room…. It was a pretty nice place. Friendly helpful staff, good food and a beautiful lobby. Probably wont go again, but it was nice."

"I booked a hotel through Expedia and received a confirmation, only to arrive and be told the hotel never received my reservation from Expedia. As a result, they had no room for me. To make matters worse, this happened on a night when every other hotel in the area was fully booked (new years eve), leaving me without a place to stay.
