Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The directions to this property are incorrect on the Hotels.com App and pinned the location to Nuevo Vallarta, which is Not where Park Life Tizate is as it is further north in La Cruz, so after driving around for an hour the raxi driver contacted his office to get the proper directions, which we were susequently charged and additional $900 MX pesos. For the residence the staff were nic, the pool was good, but here are some of our observations and comments; Deficiencies;
Bedrooms;
- no side bedside tables
Living Area;
- nice kitchen stools
- nice eating table & chairs
- very low and uncomfortable couch
Bathrooms;
- good showers
plastic shelf in Master bdrm shower was broken and on the shower floor,
no where to put soap of shampoo
- very tight and small bathroom - poor design and layout
- no room for soap dispenser ot soap dish
- towles were very good.
Patio;
- huge and fantastic views, but very dirty and no chairs or loungers to enjoy.
Kitchen;
- limited but adequate dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils
- pots and fry pan were adequate
- Fridge was good, it could have had ice cube trays.
- No Coffee Maker
- No Blender
- No Toaster
- No Microwave
Other;
- No vacuum cleaner
The property and amenities were very nice as were the staff. It is isolated and requires transportation to and restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, etc.
There is limited morning coffee and breakfast snacks and afternoon/early evening bar service with limited but nice snack options.
