"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and it smells sooo good. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They gift all guests with hats a a cute bag that you can take to be personalized hand painted Sandra painted roses and my name for my bag and a sunset for my husband’s hat we loved them. Daniel Paz Resort Services very resourceful making things easy for us and making us feel welcome. Our favorite place the POOL BAR Axel, Alberto and Carlos made us feel very special we celebrated our wedding anniversary and they made us a special drink, every day they were smiling without them our stay would’ve never been as fun. You have to try the burgers, coconut shrimp and fresh guacamole by the pool. Nestor the entertainment coordinator is amazing I took his aqua aerobics, a painting class and everyday they have new activities, a DJ or live music our favorite was Duo Clave y Alma at pool bar amazing singer and very fun. Alfredo is in charge of the evening entertainment at the lobby they had live music we loved Dueto Mantra (Mauricio & Manuel). During the performances the Lobby bar is open bar tender Paul and waitress Veronica Ochoa are amazing. Loved the food at Kobo Japanese restaurant. Lia the for breakfast and Italian food all food delicious, fresh juices thank you Catalina, Amado and Alexander excellent service. The Mexican restaurant delicious and the views at sunset are incredible. The rooftop bar has the best ragú sliders. Our opinion Excellent overall "

"The room very comfortable and excellent service, the one thing we did not like was that due to a low occupancy 20% (low season) there was only one restaurant to dine in. The food was great but there were no more option the others were closed and the restaurant was pack and short of staff too. The service, ammenities, entertainment were great. "

"The space was perfect for our family of four. The condo was comfortable and any need was addressed by the attendant or lobby staff efficiently. The amenities at Vidanta were enjoyable and the food was good, thought pricey. All in all, would highly recommend Condominios Balancan. "

"We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and we were nervous about falling there. Also appreciate the team working to get the medication delivered to us the next morning. Team was very caring and helped to make our trip and stay as comfortable as possible with a very prompt watsapp communication. We will certainly be going back to explore more! Only part a bit unclear was why we didn’t have any option to pre-pay or why the travel back to the airport from resort was not part of the trip. Highly recommended "
