「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future.」

「This is a beautiful hotel in central Ravenna, with a short walk to the train station, 6 of the main Unesco mosaic sites, the Dante tomb, shopping and restaurants. We had one of the Traditional rooms, which was very big, with a ceiling painting and nice sized bathroom. The breakfast includes coffee and tea prepared as you like and a buffet of cold items with alot of variety. The staff is friendly. Lots of nice sitting rooms inside and outside. And bowls of candy and chocolates available.」

「Very nice hotel, at the city centre, close to all the sightseeing points. Ravenna is a very beautiful town. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future.」
