「This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future.」

「The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.」

「The front desk lady or I think she’s the owner was very nice. But, wouldn’t stay here ever again. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid my body on. It also feel like a ghost town, it has mirrors on the hallways which makes it like you’re being watched. We’re the only people that’s staying in the whole hotel, that should tell you something. Wouldn’t recommend it. I woke up the next day with a very bad back pain. 」
