「A lovely spot to stay in, close to the old centre of Ravenna (10 minutes on foot). The staff were relaxed and welcoming (in various languages). The whole place was calm and quiet, with great breakfasts. I also enjoyed the fact that although a hotel, it didn't look or fell like one.」

「Just wow…….. it was the evening as I walked by the entrance twice not a big sign but just on the wall. About a block away from the park and shops. Now for “Just wow” part, amazingly put together what I call a bed breakfast place, the design, furnishings, decorations, comfort, friendliness of the owner. I was up in room 7, top floor with skylights over the beds, light rain hitting them in the morning, I mean you couldn’t write a better story, it was everything the you hope for in a Italian home....

We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
