「Great hotel! The location was right on the sea. Room was plenty spacious for short stay. Breakfast was included and was very lovely. Many good choices. Was able to walk to a casual restaurant for dinner too. We were there at the VERY end of season. I did not realize that all hotels shutter for the winter. Belletini was one of a very few still open. The staff was friendly and helpful even though season was ending for them on Sunday. Would recommend! And would love to see during the season’ 」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not.」
