「Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Room impeccable, spacious and comfortable. The only thing we didn't quite like was the bathtub design - no shower curtain, therefore - water on the floor. Everything else was perfect, especially location. 」

The breakfast was nicely arranged. The staff where nice, helpful and pretty amazing! Be advised: Italians have a very special schedule of eating times and they freeze to death when it’s under 68°F, so restaurants may be closed and the A/C boils you to do death. 」

「The location of this hotel is great, only 1 minute away from the station. It's possible to go to the center of Ravenna easily by foot. It was quiet and clean.」

「The communication with staff was exemplary! I needed to arrange transportation from the airport and also to the cruise port. They were so helpful and went out of their way - so much help and we only stayed one night! We also arrived very late due to delayed flights and this they also accommodated. I wish we could have stayed for days!!! 」
