「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the furniture made the room feel like a cheap motel. The bench (not couch) was made of the same Formica as the desk/dresser table top. The bedside tables looked like something from IKEA. This felt like a two or three-star hotel at best.」

The B&B has a lovely treed garden to enjoy a morning cappuccino or an evening Prosecco. Next to a wooded city park with the best pizza spot since Napoli.」
