This hotel was absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious and plenty of space and beds for 4 adults and a baby. Great location to see the glass mosaics and Dante’s burial place. The breakfast is handmade pasties! By a real pastry chef just down the street at Casa di Paoia. Sister property. Also b&b. Coffee and tea were right outside our room. The artwork on the walls was an extra treat. If you don’t stay here, you are missing out.

Great location- walkable to the unesco sites. Host was very helpful and also provided a ride to the port for our cruise for a very reasonable fee. Breakfast was across the street- excellent!

The B & B was very clean, comfortable and friendly. Anna was amazing and very helpful with our stay and transportation arrangements. The morning breakfast buffet was lovely. I highly recommend this B & B !

Very nice place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating as we were delayed late into the evening by train misconnections. They stayed up late to help us get to our rental. Breakfast was very nice. Such nice hosts and a clean property to stay at. Highly recommended!

We stayed for several days in a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious and comfortable with many amenities. A/C worked great which can be limited in Europe. Housekeeping was meticulous! The staff and owners are absolutely amazing. . . So friendly and helpful! The courtyard is charming and we were able to have a lovely breakfast each day. We had continental breakfast with gorgeous pastries and delicious ham. The best part of the hotel is the location. Everything you want to see is less than 15 minutes walk including the train station. Its a wonderful town as a home base for the area. Only complaints - completely minor - the pillows were flat and worn out and there was not a lot of storage space in the bathroom or bedroom. We highly recommend!

Exceptionally spacious room for families is a few floors up, but worth the effort of climbing stairs. The two large rooms share a bathroom, but also include a dining table with chairs and plenty of seating and lounging spaces to feel right at home. Location is superb for mosaic exploration and the staff was kind to let us in a bit earlier than anticipated. Airport and cruise port transfers were timely and reasonably priced. Breakfast and coffee was delicious and very convenient. If we are able to return to Ravenna, we will stay there again. Thanks for a comfortable stay in your delightful city!

Mysigt centralt och sköna sängar

Två rymliga rum med sköna sängar och unik inredning med konst och antika möbler. Kylskåp o nespressomaskin. Rent och prydligt.Centralt läge på en lugn gata. Wi-fi fungerade tyvärr inte. Vi hade gärna velat ha en extra uppsättning nycklar men det fanns inget. Bra kaffe till frukost.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo R&B a due passi dal centro di Ravenna. La nostra suite di due stanze era ampia, pulita, con un grande bagno. WIFI ottimo. Il Titolare è molto gentile, abita al piano di sotto quindi nessun problema per il check-in o per qualsiasi necessità. L'abbiamo contattato poco prima dell'arrivo e ci ha consigliato un parcheggio a pochi centesimi l'ora (domenica e notti gratis) a pochi metri dall'abitazione dato che sotto casa non c'è possibilità di parcheggiare. La colazione è molto abbondante e varia, si fa in un altro loro R&B nella stessa strada, a pochi passi. E' una casa molto suggestiva, con tantissimi oggetti /documenti storici. Lo consiglio .

Guesthouse in Ravenna

This was a single ground floor room off a common hallway in an old building ("deluxe double room"). The room was crammed with furniture and had a window on a covered porch, so it dark and a little claustrophobic. The bathroom was very modern, well lit, and spotless. An excellent large breakfast & coffee made-to-order were provided in another guesthouse down the street. There were bikes available to borrow for riding through Ravenna's flat medieval streets.

Some of the negatives might be pluses

The hostess was very helpful. The room is clean, but we had to get to our room through an ilkept garden that was amazingly dirty. Several cats lived in the garden. I like animals but am allergic to cats. Had I known that I would have these new friends I would hVe reserved elsewhere. The worst aspect of this “hotel” is that it has no markings. We walked up and down the street looking for it, finally pressing the one button of three that had a name. Success. It should not be so difficult to fin a hotel. This was a particular problem because our luggage was lost and might be delivered to this address without an identity. Also breakfast is at another location, a problem if it rains or you did not take good notes as was the situation of a Danish family we helped get into the other building down the street for breakfast. But we felt cool, walking down the street not far from the color of the city and being able to enter an unmarked building-just like a resident.

This is an amazingly charming place to stay. We were warmly welcomed and the service was top notch. The breakfast was simply amazing! I wish we had planned to stay longer here.
