「Very nice room in a historic building. The walls had remains of 15th Century frescos and 15’ ceilings. It was dated, but clean and quiet. The included breakfast was nice and cooked to order. The staff was very nice.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Nice room and beautiful premise」

「Posizione centrale e, sebbene in ZTL, comoda da raggiungere. L'appartamento (il nostro il n. 3) è dotato di ogni comfort ed comodo per 4 persone. Il bagno presenta qualche segno di usura e/o di scarsa attenzione da parte degli affittuari, ma di fatto la stagione non è ancora iniziata quindi immagino che l'host, con la medesima cura che ha dimostrato in ogni dettaglio, provvederà a sistemare anche questo. La domenica (come i festivi) la colazione non è al bar ma in camera ed anche in questo caso...

「AMAZING friendly staff. Great location. We had room 406. Room very outdated but ok. The bathroom is very large, however to take a shower you have to step in the tub. The space is VERY small and water sprays everywhere. Water hot in the evening and only warm in the morning. Based on AMAZING staff, basic breakfast and great location and cost effective, I would recommend. They also offer parking within walking distance but it took a few times to drive around to find a spot at 1600. I think any...
