I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

Camera bellissima e spaziosa, terrazza stupenda (peccato essere in inverno e non poterla usare. Bello anche il bagno e la doccia con sauna e idromassaggio. Colazione con buffet molto ampio e di ottima qualità. Le uniche due (piccole pecche): Sky non funziona e la doccia scarica male, ma niente di irreparabile.

Partiamo col dire che in un hotel 5 stelle tutto deve essere perfetto e qui siamo lontani dalla perfezione! La stanza molto ampia con un terrazzo comodo ma il bagno (per disabili tra l'altro) estremamente rumoriso (sentivamo lo scarico dei bagni confinanti). Male i servizi: stava entrando il facchino in stanza con noi presenti, il giorno successivo la stanza non è stata rifatta ed al momento del check out ci è stato presentata il conto totale del soggiorno senza verificare che avevamo pagato il soggiorno con expedia. Una nota di merito al personale di sala colazione (abbondantissima ed ottima) ed al bagnino della piscina sempre vigile e cortese.

Fabulous luxurious stay

Beautiful property, extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, amazing service (so much so we decided to stay an extra night). The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, and because we were in low season, it was calm and empty, ideal for long walks on the sand. We had dinner at the hotel and were looked after by the lovely Maître d' Domenico, it all felt very special. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Immacolata a Milano Marittima

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel a due passi dal centro di Milano Marittima, la camera molto confortevole con vista mare e bellissimo bagno con Vasca Teuco con idromassaggio e sauna incorporata. Personale gentile e colazione discreta. ci ritornerei.

Essen war super gut, Personal sehr sehr nett. Allerdings ist die Anlage für die 5 Sterne sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Richtig unangenehm war, dass wir fälschlicher Weise davon ausgingen, dass in solch einem Hotel der Platz am Strand, auch wenn gegen zusätzlicher Bezahlung, sicher vorhanden ist. War leider falsch gedacht und wir wurden die ersten Tage am Strand eines anderen Hotels platziert :-(

Hotel perfetto!

Estremamente soddisfatti dall'accoglienza, dalla pulizia, dalla gentilezza e cordialità di tutto il personale, dagli ambienti moderni puliti e confortevoli (anche il materasso!)...direttamente sul mare con una meravigliosa vista mare ma vicino al centro di Milano Marittima! Inoltre avevamo la bimba piccola e hanno sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Hotel perfetto, stupendo lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Grazie ancora.
