「Thank you very much as they accommodated our need to be checked in early for a wedding and they were very receptive to that idea. It's a shame the water heater wasn't working and there was no hot water but we feel feel they are trying their best. They were very kind on the phone.」

「Me and my daughter came to town for a film festival so we weren’t at the property very much throughout our stay. However, the rooms were clean. The grounds was well kept and the location was near a Walmart and gas stations had we needed anything in a pinch. It was also a fairly quiet location. Staff was nice; good coffee. 」

「Enjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot! 」

「Breakfast was your standard waffle makers (2), cereals, bagels, and muffins. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the shampoo, conditioner were in squeezable containers mounted in the shower. Only problem was I thought my sink's drain was broken and stuck closed.Nope. Desk clerk told me I just had to push down on it and it pops up. Nicest room for the money I've had in years.」

「Just a great place to stay right on the outskirts of Hagerstown and right off the highway. My room was spacious and clean and cool. Everything worked, including all the lamps. I loved the mirror in the bathroom with excellent lighting for shaving and prepping. Friendly staff at the front desk as well. I would stay again and plan to!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and service was great.The breakfast was good.It had mini breakfast sandwiches, spinach quiches, oatmeal bar, everything was delicious! We will definitely be looking for more Spring Hill suites to stay at.」
