We stayed June 18. All was fine. Upon checkout,I asked for a receipt which I was given as we were returning the next week,I ask if we could have the same room and was told I needed to call the day of my reservation. June 23, I called four times and was put on hold each time and disconnected each time Upon arrival we were on the third floor,the shower glass slider came off track and the refrigerator didn't work. Got a new room. Upon checkout,I asked for a printed receipt and was told Expedia would need to text me one,they couldn't print one out. The only person that runs a tight ship at this place is the woman that handles the breakfast - she's terrific!! Bad experience
