「Best hotel stay I've ever had and I'm 46 no hot tub but excellent pool and breakfast everything was excellent」

「The staff was friendly- but we were without power foe one night. I am gently asking for refund on bothrooms for 1 night.」

「Our room was missing a few things. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which was inconvenient. We booked the room for five guests, but there weren't enough towels for everyone, and no bedding was provided for the pullout sofa bed. The front desk promptly provided the towels and bedding when we requested them, which we appreciated. However, it would have been nice if those items had already been in the room, especially since we arrived late.」

「Rooms smelled strongly of smoke. Bathrooms were dirty and there were roaches and crickets in the shower and on the floor. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but the rooms were in poor shape.」

「Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

「it was rough smelly and no breakfast」

「This place was okay. It was affordable, in a decent location, and had a cafe onsite. The room was clean-ish. It was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels had stains, stray hairs on the linens and in the bathroom, the room smelt funny, and our pillows were all different sizes.」

「I wish I could leave 0 star. After arriving to the hotel & checking in, I went to my room only to find some type of rodent poop on the bed, burn holes from cigarettes in the blankets and AC that barely worked. I went to try and shower only to find that the water was brown and the toilet didn’t flush. Staff was not helpful with finding the elevator so I had to lug everything up the steps to my room.」

「Overall a great choice for a weekend stay. The property looks modern, and the rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean. Having a full refrigerator and kitchen setup in the room was a huge plus. The pool and the surrounding amenities were nice to use. It was a very comfortable, hassle-free experience.」

「The room was supposed to have a walk in shower which it showed on website but did not have one my.mom is handicapped and falls easy but they could not give us a room with walk in shower. Every time we needed clean towels we had to ask for them. No where to put your clothes only 2 small drawers We were there for a week and had to live out of our suitcase.we were very disappointed .」

「This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine.」

「Under staffed in evenings. I was over charged. Staff didn’t show up and people couldn’t check into their rooms because no one worked there at night. Our room would not cool below 78. No maid service in four days but I did the cleaning. Breakfast not well stocked and a problem due to no employees.」
