「My toddler needed her own blanket but they wouldnt let us have another. The fire alarm went off after I got my child to sleep. They left it blasting in my room and one next to me for half an hour to assess blame, accusations in the middle of the night for it to happen again in the morning. None of us smoke. We paid for sleep. That's all. And didn't let us sleep. There was construction that vibrated the walls starting at 5am. They failed at being a place to sleep.」

「Hotel is under new ownership. Owners seem nice but the hotel needs a lot of updating. It was clean, but a fresh coat of paint, replacing doors, and possibly a new mattress would make the stay better, not just a mattress pad. There is no complimentary breakfast due to “covid restrictions”. Heat/AC system was struggling.
Close to every thing we wanted to do in the area. 」

「Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system. 」
