Lots of options for breakfast - salad, fruits, pastries, hot local food, omelet station, soup station, ice cream, etc. Quick access to Tanglin Mall and walking distance to the hospital and botanical garden. The gym had decent equipment from weights, cables and machines. Pool and pool area were well maintained."

It did not feel like a routine service, but rather a heartfelt effort to create a meaningful experience. "The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure about variations where different milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk, etc.) were mentioned."
