「Very mixed review, since some aspects were great and some not so much! the check-in was arduous, instead of just being told the truth that our room was not ready, and given a realistic time to come back, we were strung along and moved from place to place, it was very hard with kids after a long journey. The check-out was also lengthy and frustrating for no reason.
The pool towel policy is pathetic, childish and frankly embarrassing. We couldn't work out where to get them from, where to...
