"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when...

"This hotel is well positioned for visiting Marakech. A 20 minute walk from the square & medina. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were wonderful. We were on the 5th floor so there was noise from the 6th floor deck bar but it did not impede sleep. The included breakfast was good. The food in the sky bar area was tasty and good value and the service was really good. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed an extra night after an Intrepid tour. "
