「Clean room and a friendly staff!」

「We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. 「Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the...

「The hotel is close to everything, restaurants, casinos, stores, souks, the beach, and everything you could need. The front desk is very friendly and very attentive.
