The location is very good, just opposite to Casa Port, can easily take the train to or from airport. Many grand taxi waiting outside the hotel as well, so easy for you to grab a taxi to anywhere when you in town. The hotel room is big for two people.

Cutlery at the Le Delight restaurant are not clean. They certainly come out from the dishwashing machine without going through the full process. Food for dinner is delicious though, especially the Tajine d'Agneau. Room is mediocre and its state is weary at best. Even saucer for soap is not provided. Staff are divided. Some are nice but some are not helpful. A little more enquiries seem to be disturbing. They seem to be quite bureaucratic.

2人房洗手問只提供1只刷牙杯, 放了2技牙刷也不識加多只杯 ! 住了3晚,早餐是普通3-4 星料, 沖涼是企, 但只遮了一半, 以盡量控制,但 花灑水也射及流到浴室很多地方, 房間凊潔可以, 地點方便,步行可到舊城區, 付近很多餐廳,交通方便. 從机場到湎店坐火車要在 Casa Voyage 轉另一列往Casa Port 的火車才到.

Its a 2 stars hotel not 4 , room was terrible the bathroom also no A/C the reception said because its april its cold no need for A/C .
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there .

Flight got canceled due to weather conditions causing us to miss our connecting flights and the lack of compassion and the unprofessionalism from this establishment was horrible. They respond online like they are trying to help but it’s automated and they don’t care. Called long distance and they put me on hold then hung up the phone, when I tried calling back, they kept hanging up the phone on me. I will never use this hotel nor recommend. Based on other reviews I can see I’m not the only one. Disappointing! Hope this isn’t a reflection of what tourism is like.

Quick check in and courteous staff. But service was non existent. The staff claimed to have 24 room service but no one picked up the phone when I called. Finally, had to call the reception asking to tea, coffee and milk sachets. They got it to my room after 1 hour, that too only a coffee pod.
