「Great stay and when we wanted to check out early before the breakfast buffet was open Ethan and Garret went the extra mile and provided us with breakfast. 」

「The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not...

「We traveled with our dogs for the first time and Red Roof Inn's pet fee is substantially cheaper than most hotels. One place charges $75 per pet, while RRI the first pet is free and $15 for each dog after that. The place is very affordable, was very clean and they put us near the grassy area as well. We will absolutely be using RRI in the future when traveling with our dogs. 」

Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). 「The pet fee per dog is very high. We already paid about $150 for the room but were told there would be a $75 fee for each of our 3 dogs. The breakfast is really basic with no hot foods, the hotel needs updates and is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facility. The pet area is not close to the hotel as well. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wytheville a week later and it was substantially cheaper, the grass area is much closer and the rooms are about the same condition. At RRI...
