There are a lot of steps but a shuttle is available. The hike is easy and the path largely flat. The scenery is beautiful and it's worth the trip.

If you can early bird, do so cause the mountains do tend to rain more, especially post noon and I forgot about that so it started down pouring on us around 12:30-1 when we were 3/4's of the way there. Still worth the visit, but I really wanted to jump in (despite the freezing water... at least for me).

Call National Park services to see if park has been re-opened.  Came here to experience cascade falls and arrived to a closed gate and closed park sign, but park website no updated to reflect park closure.
