「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

Only downside was that the hotel is right next to the highway which can be heard from your room if you a light sleeper.」

「This place is a great place to stay. The property is close to so many things and also very quiet.
The two challenges we had were, the TV would not connect, but not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day. the staff attempted to fix for us (and I am sure they could have the next day), but again not a concern for us.
The only other thing for me (but not my family), I am a light sleeper and there is a side window that has a light on outside so it made the room a little bright for me...
「They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city.」
