「Good experience」

「Great location with friendly staff. The room is cosy and clean.」

「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「Great location, spacious and quiet room, comfy bed」

「A nice place. Needs more maintenance.」

「Hotel is good.. bed is comfortable. easy to get train station.」

「The hotel is a bit run down, rooms are average. Staffs are super friendly.」

「I had some problems with the cleanliness of my room. The hotel staff helped to change the room. Thank you for their help.」

「My wife & I have a new favourite hotel in Melbourne CBD, this is it. The staff are wonderful, the room was spotless and the 180 degree city view was a game changer. Being in the CBD, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars & theatres. We look forward to our next visit.」
