What a lovely hotel. Close to everything. Bed was amazing 💤💤💤 Absolute comfort and usable room. Loved the little balcony to people watch. Even with the construction going on it didn’t interfere what so ever. Will come back.

Exceptional customer service is beyond the scales. Fraya was the receptionist that check us in and out. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier. The rooms we got were very spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet room and good location, very central. Close to everything.

I stayed here for a couple nights when I visiting Melbourne. They charged me a fee after I checked out and called them immediately. The person at the front desk assured me that it was wrongly put in and that he would reverse it immediately and it would be taken off my credit card in a couple of days. Well, the charge has not been reversed and I am stuck paying for a fee now.
