「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly.
They also provided hot breakfast with different choices.
Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」
「Great stay. Really friendly staff and you are right in the historic centre, which is so convenient. Can be loud because you are close to the street but that is part of the experience」
「We like this hotel that with its own history and maintained excellently. The location was great for exploring the old city. The breakfast was fanatic.」
「Really lovely place! Clean and tidy and beautiful views. A really nice cafe available and a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
Appears to be a very Spanish speaking hostel to make people aware but had no problems here」
「The hotel from outside was simple but once you go inside the doors I was impressed how well maintained and clean it was. The rooms are large and immaculately clean. The area has everything you need to walk to , restaurants, cafes, sites. I felt very safe staying here. They open the front door and lock them when you need to leave. Very friendly staff. They even made us breakfast to go and coffee for our early morning flight.」
「Amazing place! Feels like coming home. Perfect communication before and during the stay, including airport pick up and drop off. Freddy and Diego both speak English fluently and go out of their way to make your stay 100% comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.」
「A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.」
「The property was extremely clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very attentive and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend Vista Del Angel, we had a great time.」
「Great location, very helpful staff.
Nice spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good.
It can be a bit noisy at night due to the location in the city centre but I would stay there again when in Quito.」
「The loveliest one night stay at Friends Hotel. Checked me in as soon as I arrived even though it was many hours before check in time (greatly appreciated as I was so tired!) Clean, comfy room with a balcony giving views up the mountain. Delicious breakfast with great views from the rooftop. Couldn't be more accomodating. Wish I had stayed longer, will definitely be back!」
