A lovely historic building with a warm welcome and well appointed room. Breakfast hosted by Lucia was exceptional and more than I have ever experienced before, a wonderful personal experience. I would certainly stay here again and I can recommend it to others who are in the area.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms was perfect with a lovely view off the balcony. Easy walking distance from Quitos main attractions and museums. Some great restaurants just around the corner. The breakfast with a lovely host who gave you information on all the exotic fruits that may be on your plate. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They gave helpful recommendations for restaurants and safety tips. They even brought me tea when I was affected by the altitude. Additionally, the breakfast was ample every morning and was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was clean and nice, staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was varied and made fresh every day (bread, eggs, local juice, fruit). Room was clean and a good size for local accomodations. We had room #2 which had the balcony and faced the street so there was occasional traffic noise if you're sensitive to that (we were fine). Shout out to Luis and Lucia whom made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Airport 'shuttle' was by taxi or rideshare for us, arranged by the hotel, $35 per ride.

I traveled around Ecuador for a month, and every time I stayed in Quito, I checked the availability at Hotel Casa las Plazas (I ended up staying the first week of my trip and my last!). I could not rave enough about this hotel. Luis, Luisa, Elizabeth, and the rest of the staff are helpful, kind, welcoming, and informative; the rooms are spacious, clean, and charming; the included breakfast is delicious; and the location is unbeatable! They also arranged transfers to and from the airport which made me feel incredibly safe.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great! They also helped us with rides to and from the airport. Our room was near the entrance so it was a little noisy, but not too bad and the beds were really comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Las Plazas. The hotel is very well located, just a short distance from the city center, the church, and other historic sites. Our room was cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to try a variety of local fruits from the region. The hotel also kindly arranged airport transportation at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend our driver, German Almeida, who was punctual, professional, and ensured smooth transfers both to and from the airport. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District. It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. And Lucia and Michelle provide a great breakfast. Lucia knows Ecuadorian fruits well and shared her deep knowledge.

The hotel is just one block from the main square, which makes it easy to visit and enjoy Quito's historical monuments at a leisurely pace. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes.
