「The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. 「Room itself was ok, I thought it was to warm, but my husband was comfortable. However there were ants all over the sink in bathroom coming up through the air vent hole!! That was disgusting!!!」

「Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. 」

「outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. 」

Check in was odd, we arrived after check in time but the employee didn’t know which rooms were available. Asked for towels to shower after the pool bc we had to use regular towels to dry off. We were given pool towels. We tried to explain that we used the towels in the room to dry and needed regular towels but were told to return after we used the pool towels. Nothing...
