「Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!」

They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. 「So, first worries were "How inexpensive is this? Whats Wrong?" Basically nothing. This place is great. It is small, and that probably keeps the clientele more adults only. The guy on the weekend (Angel maybe?) was outstanding, nice, exceptionally bilingual. It is ON the beach. Not THE best beach in all of PR, but really quite good enough. Walkable, not too rough, some sandy bottom but want shoes if walk further out, some rocks and Urchins. But wouldn't trade this stay for the world. Street...
