「There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「Place is accessible to the highway and restaurants, the room was very clean. I utilized the fitness room twice it was quiet no one there so I was able to do my workout on my own. I was able to get food from the lounge area and it was very tasty. 」
