"The restaurant was completely separate from the hotel; you couldn't put your restaurant bill on your room bill. And this was a surprise -- the restaurant was only open til 9 PM on weekends and during the week wasn't open at all. I found out the hard way - on Monday I walked in the restaurant very hungry to find it completely empty and unstaffed. For some reason my credit card was rejected by DoorDash, so I'm leaving here hungry (am not a driver). "

"Room is equal to a motel 6. Staff just due the basic. Breakfast is a joke with Costco pastries frozen and dried out. Parking non refundable valet at $45 per time. Hotel is located in the middle of the downtown slums with a homeless immigrant camp in front of it. This was the worse experience my family had ever suffered from. I would never even consider it at all if it was more honest about the realities of the local area. I would have been more comfortable at a budget inn and far less expensive than here. I had to get all of my belongings dried cleaned to get rid of the bugs we found in the luggage at home. I’m so mad that this was part of a package deal that was supposed be a quality item but it was a bottom line item and was far too expensive for what was delivered. This is not something that should be even remotely listed."
