「Me encanto el jardin y las plantas en toda la propiedad, se siente todo tan natural. Habia fauna local en el hotel lo cual le dio un plus extra. La alberca limpia al igual que el jacuzzi. Excelente ubicacion, justo a media cuadra de la 5ta avenida. Cuenta con estacionamiento seguro. El personal muy muy amable y la habitacion impecable. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi.」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. 「Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

「The experience was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was we booked the king size bed suite and when we got there we were given the double bed suite instead . We paid for the king size bed room but we got a cheaper room instead so we lost money . Also the small room didn’t have a microwave and that’s one of the main reasons we got the king room . But after 2 days the staff were able to get a microwave in the smaller room . Overall great place to stay except for that one...
