「The landscape is beautiful, breakfast really good and staff provided a warm service, they even prepared your room every night perfectly for sleeping. It was a shame that there was a private event happening and therefore I couldn’t take yoga classes in the glass house which was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. 」

「Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. 「Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.」
