「While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotel….it’s the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. 」

「Das Hotel und das Personal war top in allen Hinsichten, da haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Nur die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt wenige Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Wenn man allerdings 20-30 Minuten am Strand entlangläuft gibt es mehr zu sehen und die Strände sind auch um einiges schöner. Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen für Personen die sich von ihrem Alltagsstress erholen wollen und entspannen wollen. 「The staff were very kind when we arrived late due a late arrival and offered us to go straight to the dining area and kitchen where we missed our dinner. We also got moved to another and much better room on our second night. We were given a bigger and better positioned room where there was less noise/people traffic. We disliked the thin walls, we seemed to hear constant noise in the morning from rooms surrounding us. The food and drink need to improve. 」
