I would very much recommend this hotel. If you don't mind the 20min walk to the centre of town and the slightly challenging parking it is faultless. Comfortable, quiet and great facilities. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Special mention to the breakfast - staff and food excellent.

Really great hotel in the heart of Heraklion. Very convenient to the port and the airport. Staff was very nice and went over and above; we were leaving before breakfast so they made breakfast bags for us and sent us on our way. Highly recommend.

A very nice hotel next to town centre. Thhe rooms are clean and well looked after. The staff are absolutely amazing and would try and help with any query you have! Food is delicious (we had dinners in a la carte restaurant a few times and all were a hit). Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Iraklio - for tourism or business.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. The hotel was very clean & the rooms were a little small, but had everything and were also very clean.The pool area was small, but lovely and suited us perfectly. The hotel is located about a 10-15min walk from the city centre and the sites were all accessible by walking, taxi or bus which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my room upgrade very much. The room was very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Breakfast buffet was superb, as always. But the staff is what sets this place above other hotels. Very attentive and professional. This is still my favorite hotel in Heraklion.
