「Rua Augusta exceeded our expectations. We were in the England suite. Was the perfect size. Modern. Very, very clean and well laid out. Finishes were high end. Washer/Dryer combo was very convenient and the location was perfect. Will definitely book here again.」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. 「Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the central area of Heraklion. The area does feel sketchy because of where it’s located but it’s a really safe area. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores that’s only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel which was nice.
