We had a late arrival flight in Heraklion, and needed to rest before driving to Chania. We stayed here one night, and were very impressed by the studio, it was functional, beautiful and in rather pristine condition for a rental studio. We were more exhausted than we anticipated, and the hostess noticed and offered us without us asking to get some extra sleep until she had cleaned the other studios. We were pleasantly surprised with multiple factors and would without a doubt return & recommend the place!

To my point of view, ideally located to discover city & neighbourhood. Give this brand new hotel a try!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The owner was there to meet us. We had a king bed, and a beautiful balcony overlooking and alley. It smelled brand new and everything was high quality finishings. It was a short walk into town. We will be back for sure.

The apartment was very clean with daily cleaning service. The area around had a bunch of shops and local cafes. The historical sites were at most a 10 min walk. There is a parking garage that is at most a 5 min walk and is next to a grocery store. I arrived earlier than planned and was able to get a room even though checkin was at 15. Highly recommend

The property exceeded my expectations. I was a bit dubious of all the positive reviews, but it’s true. The place is spotless, the bathroom is so gorgeous I decided to give myself a little impromptu pamper night in! The tv is massive and the room is almost like a studio or serviced apartment, it is well equipped and immaculate. The cleaner who I met when I arrived early to drop my bags was so kind and Effie spoke to me on the phone and helped me organise a taxi for my early morning flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I wish I could have stayed longer!!

Very comfortable room - the air conditioning was good. Shower had good pressure. Everything was very new and modern. Keyless entry (pin codes) made things easier. Only minor downside was the number of light switches - I think there were about 10 or 12 light switches for a relatively small space! Secondly the emergency exit light was really bright - bright blue and green. There is no way to ignore it when you are in bed, other than facing the other side. Very well located - it was quiet in the evenings, even though it is mere steps away from several very busy squares with bars and eateries. Minor construction noise starting in the morning. It has a lift which is shared with other businesses. There is also a cafe on the floor below (not the same business).

The room was exceptionally clean, water bottles in the fridge were a nice gesture, the cleaning staff was amazingly nice, extremely convenient to shops, sites, and food, you are in the heart. The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. I asked questions about leaving luggage and inquired about a recommendation they sent-no reply. It took us about an hour to find the room,it is upstairs and is impossible to see from the ground level-it's by a shoe shop, and you have to look up to see the logo. Unfortunately, the window view advertised is not what you get- there is scaffolding that blocks a clear view. Access to the room was seamless. There is a little store 1st floor where you can buy drinks. Overall, nice, comfortable, clean stay, but the host is unresponsive, hard to find, and the view was blocked. We were there 2/26-2/28/2026
