「The room was beautiful and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and kind to us. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I was disappointed in the hot tub as it was freshly clean but never reached a hot enough temperature to get in and I’m pretty sure half the water leaked out. 」

「We were able to leave our luggage there early in the day. Do some site seeing then check in latter in the day. Host had problem with damage frm previous guest. Put us in another room until room was ready.」

「The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. 」

The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. 「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」
