Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when it’s old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular room… but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. 」

The desk concierge was very kind and welcoming. And while we didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel itself, when we were there it felt very comfortable and safe.
